A paper activity game based on the old 'fortune teller' design, with down-regulating activities and games hidden inside :)

The pack includes a guide sheet, visual instructions on each page of how to cut and fold the 'Tree-teller', and a 'fill-your-own' version for children to create their own calming activity options into.

The tree can be a simple print out to write or doodle on, cut and fold - or there is a link in the .pdf so that anyone can edit their own 'calming games' text online and then print out their tree.
