'There wasn’t a single part of the course which I didn’t find useful.' C.J. Deputy Head, and parent.

🧠 All On-Board for All Our Brains empowers Young People, families, and educators to understand relevant neuroscience and research for navigating to life's best outcomes, together!

Reassuring and evidence based, All On-Board cuts through fog and confusion for everyone.

It is full of simple tricks to align easily with our own brain
, to help us recover personal strengths and move from survival mode, into thriving mode.
Even in difficult times. So we can get 'life back on course' for our chosen adventures.

🏝️ Being stuck on Struggle Rock is different for everybody. You may be mostly okay, and just wondering why things seem so much easier for everyone else. Or exhausted, heart-broken, angry and frightened.
You or your Young Person, might feel like you are drowning in a sea that you wish were full of knowledge and help.

The AOB workshops, modules and resources are packed with empowering knowledge and activities. Laid out simply enough for Young People to explore and empower themselves with, and in enough depth to be of real value to families and educators.

🗺️The whole All On-Board process is mapped out in a simple way that helps us to sail through barriers, and supports our journey off Struggle Rock at any time in our life.

Claire, parent, Deputy Head/EYFS Manager/SLT

I feel incredibly fortunate to have participated in this course. I feel it should be compulsory learning for every single parent and every single educator. If society viewed and supported neurodiversity in the way Julia, Shelley and the All On-Board course do the world would be a far better place. Shelley and Julia are excellent facilitators who not only share their wealth of knowledge but are also extremely supportive of participants and their individual circumstances. I cannot recommend this course highly enough and I would urge everyone to do it.

Julie, parent, teaching assistant, and children's wellbeing coach

This was a thoroughly thought out, well planned, informative course. It was very well taught and there was lots of opportunities to ask your own questions at various points throughout the course. The resources are amazing and easy to follow. The course is recorded so if you miss a session you can watch on playback. The facilitators are very knowledgeable in this field and are very approachable and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course. I was so lucky to receive a place on this course. I do not know of any other courses running like this. Invaluable learning at its best.

Caroline, parent and nurse.

It has been an invaluable course and I would really look forward to Thursday evenings when the course was being run. I think I mentioned to Julia it was like a comfort blanket and it helped me focus on the important things. I am trying to use some of the tools in everyday life such as keeping a note of language that works when communicating with my son and an absolute turning point was the advice Julia and Shelley gave me to put a diary in my sons school bag.

⭐Here are AOB's top 5 values (In module 2 we explore the critical way brains and values align)

Protect and nuture: All On-Board for All Our Brains prioritises, protects and nutures every Young Person, and their essential, and family relationships.

Challenge outdated Assumptions: The latest research underpinning AOB offers new insights into mental health, and well-being. Including issues such as avoidance and anxiety, and the many ways they can appear.

Advocate: It can be very tricky for any Young Person to put into words what they are struggling with in a situation, especially so for neurodivergent Young People. AOB gives clear insight and language with which to advocate, so that we, and our Young People, can become the respected experts in our own lives.

Educate: True, AOB helps our Young People advocate in ways that truly work for them. More importantly, All On-Board aims to educate the communities around our Young People, especially our neurodivergent Young People.

Change the world for our neurodivergent Young People: Negative life outcomes from unrecognised or poorly supported neurodivergence are stark. BUT, the neuroscience is here now, to help us.
We can start afresh, from here. Dropping the heavy weight of whatever isn't working - we can find new routes - literally form 'new pathways' in our brains, and off of Struggle Rock!
